What is the difference between Send Interest and Contact Now?
Send Interest is free and lets the student see you in their requests. Contact Now uses one credit to unlock the student’s number so you can reach them directly.
Why am I not seeing matching requests?
Requests are filtered by class, board and subjects on your profile. Update those fields and check back as new requirements are posted.
How do credits work?
Credits are only spent when you unlock a phone number. Sending interest and updating your profile stay free.
